Something good Going ON
As the creative lead, I developed a cohesive visual identity that supported
the film’s grounded, character-driven narrative. The project required design solutions that felt authentic to a working-class immigrant environment while maintaining clarity and emotional resonance across all visual touchpoints.
I collaborated closely with the director and production team to ensure visual consistency across marketing and production assets, including posters, title treatments, pitch materials, and digital campaign graphics. Even props used in the film, such as the menu and what is shown on electronic devices. Each piece was designed to enhance the narrative tone, communicate cultural context respectfully, and maintain a unified look from crowdfunding through festival submission.
This project demonstrates my ability to create purpose-driven design for film, balancing aesthetics with storytelling and aligning visual systems with emotional and cultural intent.
